The jury consists of 5 members: the President of the Jury and 4 Creative Directors from WPP.

1. John O’Keeffe, the President
John O’Keeffe
John O'Keeffe is Worldwide Creative Director of WPP.

O'Keeffe is one of the most distinguished creative directors in Britain with a reputation for inspiring original, inventive work. For the past 17 years, he has been at the heart of one of the most universally respected and multi-awarded agency networks. During his tenure as Executive Creative Director (appointed 2000), BBH won 21 Agency of the Year Awards and John has been named Campaign magazine's Creative Director of the Year twice running. Between 2000 and 2006, income and operating profits doubled and the agency has become one of the largest in London.

He began his advertising career at Saatchi & Saatchi in 1984 winning awards on accounts as diverse as NSPCC, Swan Lager and British Airways. In 1990, he joined BBH where he continued producing award-winning work for Audi, One2One, K Shoes and Levi’s. Following his appointment to Creative Director in 1998, he was creative lead on a series of successful high profile pitches for the agency, including Johnnie Walker, Nationwide, Gordon's, Bird’s Eye, KFC, Barnardo’s, Woolworths, Vodafone, Flora, Persil OMO and Unilever's Oral Care toothpaste.

2. Adrian Holmes, jury member (Y&R)
Adrian Holmes
ECD EMEA Y&R

Adrian Holmes studied Film and Photography at Central London Polytechnic, graduating in 1975.
Despite this, he always felt happier sitting behind a typewriter than peering through a camera.  So when advertising presented itself as a possible career, he opted to become a copywriter.

In 1976 he landed his first job at Grey Advertising. He is still not entirely sure what persuaded this agency to hire him. It certainly wasn't his portfolio of early work, which he keeps hidden in the cellar in a locked trunk.

Adrian then went on to work at a frankly alarming number of agencies, and it took him at least four years before he produced any advertising of which he was remotely proud.
In 1981 he had the good fortune to be hired by the newly-founded Lowe Howard-Spink.

In 1989 he became the joint creative director of that agency; in 1992 he was promoted to be its London chairman; and in 1999 he became Lowe’s worldwide creative director.
He has won numerous awards at D&AD, Cannes, One Show, British Television Awards and Campaign Press Awards. He served as President of D&AD in 1994.

Adrian has been at Y&R since 2005, and is the creative director of its EMEA region. He remains a copywriter at heart, and still produces the occasional ad in between meetings.

3. Miguel Bemfica, jury member (JWT)
Miguel Bemfica
Creative Managing Director, JWT Madrid

Miguel Bemfica joined JWT MADRID in February 2009. Before, he has worked in Brazil, in important agencies like AlmaPBBDO, DM9DDB, DPZ Propaganda working for accounts as Audi, Volkswagen, Pepsi, Telefonica, Honda, J&J, Nike, Unilever, etc. Got awards in the most important festivals around the world such as Cannes, Clio, London, DA&D, One Show, San Sebastian, El Ojo, Fiap etc. And doesn´t want to talk about football until 2014.

4. Paul Smith, jury member (Ogilvy)
Paul Smith
ECD EMEA Ogilvy

Paul Smith has been Regional Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather Europe since December 1999 and as such is responsible for the creative output of the entire region, which includes Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Paul is a member of both the World Wide Creative Council and Chairman of the European Creative Council.
He also believes that a huge part of his role in EAME is in the creative training and participates in the Craft Skills Workshops, Creative Hot Houses as well as conducting creative seminars around the EAME region.
Prior to joining Ogilvy & Mather, Paul was International Executive Creative Director at Grey, winning Cannes Gold for the Allied Dunbar Campaign, International Creative Director at Lowe Howard-Spink, Working on the much awarded Reebok, Tesco and Braun accounts, Executive Creative Director at Allen Brady and Marsh and a Creative Director at the hugely influential agency Collett Dickenson and Peace.
He has worked on such clients as Mars, Allied Dunbar, P&G, Braun, Olympus, Heineken, The Metropolitan Police, Reebok, Tesco, Hovis and Hamlet Cigars, winning awards on them all.
His Olympus and Hamlet films have been votedamongst the best 100 commercials ever made and he is included in Debrett’s People of Today as someone who has influenced the world of advertising.
He has won a swag of national and international awards including 5 D&AD pencils, a pride of Cannes Gold Lions and has been awarded and nominations in just about every other creative show.
Paul is married with two sons and if he could be anybody in the world it would be Roger Federer.
