Dates and location
The 1st WPP Festival Piran Idea 2010 will take place in Piran, Adriatic Coast, Slovenia, from Wednesday 25th to Saturday 28th August 2010. All entries will be screened in the Tartini Theatre.
 
Entry Fees
10 entries per office for free. Each additional entry will be charged with 100 Euros.
 
IMPORTANT: Each work in a series will be charged as a separate entry (charged in case that the total number of your entries exceeds 10). Please keep in mind when calculating your application costs.
 
Eligibility
All work entered must have been launched for the first time between 1st August 2009 and 1st August 2010.

Registration of your entries
All your entries should be listed in the application form (MS Excel file) and the form sent to entries@wpppiranidea.com . Before starting the entry process, please make sure you have as much information about the entry as possible, including the title, advertiser, credits, compulsory questions etc. After making the registration, each agency will receive a unique username/password to access the server and upload entries.
 
Registration Deadline
Please register your works until July 15st.
 
Submit your entries
You can upload your entries on entries.wpppiranidea.com. Please make sure your files conform to our media requirements.
 
Entry Submission Deadline
All entries must be submitted until August 1st the latest. Please keep in mind that the deadline will not be extended for technical reasons. Mr. John O‘ Keeffe will also be reviewing all the entries prior to the festival, so no late entries will be accepted.
 
Material
If your entry requires you to show any physical material, please bring those with you and submit them in Piran on August 25th. Contact person for collecting materials will be Slobodana Sakan. Also please make a note about this in your application form (next to the entry in question).
 
Award Ceremony Date
Award Ceremony will take place on August 27th at 9:00 p.m.
 
Payment

If your office/agency is sending more than 10 entries, each one of them will be charged with 100 euros. Additional entries will be paid via bank transfer. Please enter your invoice details carefully. After submitting your information successfully, we will send you an invoice. It is recommended to make the bank payment AS SOON AS you receive your email confirmation using the bank details provided. Please email or fax us a copy of the bank transfer confirmation.
